Itís now been almost 12 months since Pauline said ëYESí to my proposal in Venice, the romantic city of the world. There probably hasnít been a day go by without her admiring the engagement ring you made for her. Itís pretty special!

What I also found special was the way in which you went about your business in selling me your products and services. No pressure, straight down the line, friendly service and showing me the sorts of rings I had in mind and not what you thought I needed. Not only that but at a price more than competitive with other outlets, be it wholesale or retail. You know, I didnít know anything about diamonds, although I thought I did, until you educated me on their real qualities. Thank you.

Now that you have a satisfied customer, on the engagement front, we would like you to design our wedding rings for us. When can we see you for our wedding bands?

Followed by a picnic lunch at a rainfall in the National Park.
