Lifetime Upgrade Policy

This policy applies to excellent cut Round Brilliant and Princess Cut Diamonds with GIA certification.

The customer may, at any time during their lifetime, request us to upgrade the diamond. The buyback price offered must be 20% less than the original purchase price, excluding GST.
