We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our diamond jewellery. In the event of a defect, please return the item to us so that we can assess it.

Should we determine that the defect occurred during manufacturing, we will gladly repair or replace the item for you at no extra cost.

If that damage has occurred due to wear & tear, we will repair it at a reasonable cost.

We provide a free lifetime wash service, one complementary re-size within 30 days of purchase.

We will polish & rhodium dip jewellery for a reasonable fee.
