Money Back Or Replacement Guarantee on Custom-made Diamond Jewellery

All our diamond jewellery should meet your expectations. If it does not, we then offer you 30 days replacement or money-back guarantee. We will accept, replace or credit the original payment. The item returned will be verified and checked for damage, alteration, tampering, wear and tear marks and whether it has been subject to any other inappropriate activity. All return must be accompanied by their original documents and invoice.

This policy applies to diamonds and diamond jewellery that have not been physically seen by the customer before purchase.

Lifetime Upgrade Policy

This policy applies to all round brilliant cut and princess cut diamonds that are sold by us which are graded as ideal, excellent or very good cut. The customer may, at any time during their lifetime, request us for upgrade the diamond. The buyback price offered must be 20% less than the original purchase price. The upgraded diamond must cost at least 20% more excluding GST.

Warranties, Lifetime Care and Complimentary Service

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our jewellery products. In the event of a defect, please return the item to us so that we can assess. Should we determine that the defect occurred during manufacturing, we will gladly repair or replace the item for you at no extra cost. If it has been determined that damage has occurred due to wear and tear, we will repair it at a reasonable cost. We provide free lifetime wash service, one complementary re-size within 30 days of purchase. We will polish and rhodium dip jewellery for a reasonable fee.
