We confidently stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you receive a faulty item, please return it for inspection. If the defect is due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at no cost. For damage caused by normal wear and tear, repairs are available at a reasonable price. We also offer free lifetime cleaning and one complimentary re-sizing within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, we can polish and rhodium-plate your jewellery at a reasonable cost.
